Motivation Theory - Robert RatliffMotivation is owned by Robert Ratliff (Rob). Rob was born in Austin Texas, but didn’t stay their for very long. In fact, Rob loves to travel, and has lived in North Carolina, Utah, Arizona, Australia, New Zealand, and now resides in a small town in Missouri. That’s just how Rob is, always on the go.

Rob received an award for receiving a 4.0 GPA during his first year attending Utah State University. Later at age 25 Rob, using his own capital, began a sporting goods store in Tremonton Utah and later sold everything when he accepted a position as a coach for a team of customer retention specialists for a little company called America Online.

Rob quickly became the “go to guy” when you needed someone to work with a team in order to help them move from below expectations to exceeding expectations. Rob also flew to AOL corporate headquarters on occasion to work with project managers in Virginia in regard to customer/employee relations.

After leaving AOL and working with one of the largest seminar companies in the United States, Rob is now working with a small start up company in Missouri developing websites for Missouri counties, and developing online marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and creating websites for small business in an effort to bring them up to pace in an online age.

Rob believes that all employees want to perform well at their jobs, and given the right process, and training, managers can turn anyone into a top performing employee within just a few days.
