    Consistently treating employees with respect and dignity is the best reward a manager can provide. It should be done on a daily basis, with no fanfare. Simple praise for a job well done, or recognizing improvement; whatever. You’ll have motivated employees producing at their maximum capacity, because they know their efforts are being appreciated.
